Encore Facilitators are employed on a casual basis to co-facilitate the Encore program over an 8-week period during some school terms. A minimum commitment of 3.5 hours per week during the course of the program is required. Basic requirements include First Aid/CPR and an ability to swim 25 metres. Training is provided. Lived experience or a connection with someone who has experienced breast cancer is preferred, but not essential.
